PHO is an OMRI Listed® water-based adjuvant which is formulated as one of a series of S.M.A.R.T. Polymers.

These S.M.A.R.T. series of Polymers are comprised of a series of unique and proprietary formulations based on ionic ligands suspended in a water-soluble gel-type matrix.
